This policy explains what data we collect when you visit rearrangeproducts.com, buy Rearrange Products Pro, or use the plugin, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Rearrange Products for WooCommerce is built and maintained by Aslam Doctor. You can reach us at hello@rearrangeproducts.com.
Data we collect on this website
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how long people stay, which buttons are clicked (for example "Download Free" or "Get Pro") and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects your IP address in a shortened form. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Contact form. When you send a message, it is delivered to us through a third-party form service. We receive your name, email address, the version you use and your message. We use this only to reply to you.
Embedded video. Video tutorials are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies when you play a video.
Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It records which pages you visit on this site and whether you start a trial or buy Pro after clicking an ad, and Meta uses cookies to connect that to your Facebook or Instagram account. We don't send Meta your name, email address or payment details. You can control the ads Meta shows you in your ad preferences.
Data collected when you buy Pro
Purchases, trials, subscriptions and refunds are handled by Freemius, our payment and licensing provider. Freemius collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information to process the order. We never see or store your full card details. Freemius's own privacy policy applies to that data.
From Freemius we receive your name, email address, license details and purchase history so we can provide support and manage your license.
Data collected by the plugin
The free plugin includes the Freemius SDK, which handles licensing and updates for Pro. After you activate the plugin, it asks whether you want to share some information to help improve it. Nothing is sent unless you agree. If you opt in, Freemius receives:
- the name and email address of the admin who opted in
- your site URL, language, and WordPress, PHP and plugin versions
- plugin events such as activation, deactivation and uninstall, including the reason if you choose to give one
- the list of installed plugins and themes, only if you allow it on the opt-in screen
The Pro version connects to Freemius to activate your license and deliver updates. This sends your site URL and license details.
Your product order is stored in your own WordPress database and never leaves your site. The Troubleshooting page shows system information to help with support requests, but it only appears on your screen and is not sent anywhere unless you copy it into a message.
How we use data

- To answer support requests and contact form messages
- To send important product updates and renewal notices
- To improve the plugin and the website
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Purchase and license records are kept for as long as your license exists and as long as tax law requires afterwards. Support emails and contact messages are kept for as long as they are useful for helping you. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@rearrangeproducts.com and we will reply within 30 days. Some data may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
