Yes, with Scheduled Sorting in Pro. Save the sale order as a preset, pick a start and an end date in your store's timezone, and choose what happens at the end: go back to your regular order, or keep the sale order. Your regular order isn't changed while the schedule runs.
Yes. A 3-day free trial is available on every Pro plan so you can try all Pro features before you pay. You add a card or PayPal when you start the trial, and you are not charged if you cancel before it ends.
Each license works on a set number of WordPress sites. The Single site plan covers 1 site, Growth covers 5 and Agency covers 25. You can move a license from one site to another at any time by deactivating it on the old site first.
Pro renews automatically at the same price, monthly or yearly depending on the billing you picked. You get an email before each yearly renewal. Payments and renewals are handled by Freemius, our payment provider.
Yes. Cancel from your Freemius account and the license stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No further payments are taken.
The Pro features (Smart Sort, Presets, Schedules, Import/Export) stop working and the plugin falls back to the free features. Your saved product order stays exactly as it was, so nothing on your shop pages changes.
Yes. If Pro doesn't work for your store because of a bug, a conflict with your theme or another plugin, or a missing feature you need, contact support within 14 days of paying. If we can't fix it, you get a full refund. See the refund policy for details.
Yes. Go to Admin → Rearrange Products → Account and upgrade your license to 5 or 25 sites from there. If you get stuck, contact support and we will help.
Great plugin. Very happy with the new update with product images, which makes it much easier to rearrange. Had a small issue which was fixed within a day – great support!
